da supremo: West Ham were extremely busy in the transfer market this summer, and fans were extremely excited about signings like Felipe Anderson and Andriy Yarmolenko.
One player that that split opinion amongst fans though was Sanchez, who joined on deadline day on a two-year deal.

The tough tackling 32 year-old proved his worth at the Emirates though, making three tackles, the joint-most of anyone on the pitch. He isn’t glamorous, but he’s exactly the type of player the Hammers have been missing.
He was also surprisingly good on the ball, completing 87 per cent of his passes according to stats from Whoscored.com. He was even given the captian’s armband after Marko Arnautovic came off.
