da leao： According to reports from Mirror Football, Tottenham are keen to replace Kevin Wimmer with an English defender this summer – Ben Gibson and Alfie Mawson being the prime candidates on their radar.
da doce： Both were involved in the Premier League’s relegation scrap last season; whilst Mawson played a key role in Swansea narrowly avoiding the drop, netting four important goals, Gibson was part of the Boro side that plummeted out of the top flight with a whimper.

Transfermarkt value Mawson at just £5.1million whereas Gibson is rated at £6.8million, but with neither of their contracts expiring until 2020 at the earliest, it seems unlikely Tottenham will be able to whisk them away from their respective clubs for such modest fees.
